SimplyMade Sign

    Help center

A complete, plain-language guide from upload to completed download.

    1. Open your workspace

Sign in to the SimplyMade client portal, choose SimplyMade Sign, then open your workspace. The top of the workspace shows your plan and how many envelopes remain this month.

    2. Upload a PDF

Choose Start a document, add a clear title, and select a PDF up to 10 MB. The original file stays private. Uploading does not use an envelope.

    3. Add recipients and fields

Add each recipient, confirm their email, role, and signing order. Click a field to place it or drag it onto a page. Select a field to move, resize, assign, rename, or delete it. Every signer needs at least one field.

    4. Review before sending

Choose Create reviewable draft. Nothing is emailed yet. Check the title, recipients, and document status, then choose Confirm and send. Your monthly allowance is used only when that first send is accepted.

    5. Track and finish

Open the document from your workspace to refresh its status, resend a reminder, or cancel it. When all required recipients finish, download the signed PDF, audit log, and certificate.

    6. Reuse a document

Before creating the reviewable draft, select Save as reusable template. Later choose Use again to create a fresh editable copy; the prior signed record remains unchanged.

    Troubleshooting

    A PDF will not upload
Confirm it is a PDF under 10 MB, opens normally on your device, and is not encrypted or password protected.
A field will not move or resize
Select the field, drag from its center to move it, or use the larger lower-right handle to resize. Arrow keys move a selected field; hold Shift for a larger step.
    Send is unavailable
Complete any terms or agreement-scope notice, fix the editor checks, and confirm your plan still has an envelope available.
A signer did not receive email
Confirm the address, ask them to check spam, then use Resend reminder. If it still does not arrive, contact support.
