User Data Deletion

    Request deletion of data connected to a Facebook Page, Instagram professional account, or another SimplyMade Social service.

    How to submit a request

    1. Optionally remove SimplyMade Social from Facebook Business Integrations or disconnect the relevant account. This stops future access but does not send us a deletion request.
    2. Email [email protected] with the subject Meta Data Deletion Request. Include your business name and the Page or Instagram account name involved. Never send a password, access token, or payment-card number.
    3. We may ask you to verify that you are authorized to act for the business or connected account.
    4. After verification, we will delete applicable access credentials, connected-platform data, and derived operational records within 30 days, except records we must retain for legal, billing, fraud-prevention, or security purposes.
    5. We will confirm when the request has been completed or explain any information that must be retained.
