    Connected Platforms and AI-Assisted Services

    When a client connects a Facebook Page or Instagram professional account, we process only the account and content information needed for the features the client authorizes. This may include Page or account identifiers, names, published or scheduled content, engagement insights, publishing status, and granted permissions. We do not ask clients to send us social-media passwords.

    Access credentials are kept in our secured automation systems. Our client-management system stores non-secret identifiers, workflow status, and results needed to operate and audit the service. Clients may revoke a platform connection at any time. Revocation stops future access but does not by itself remove records we must retain for legal, billing, fraud-prevention, or security purposes.

    We may send bounded website content, search-performance data, or social-content context to contracted AI service providers, including OpenAI, to generate drafts, summaries, classifications, or recommendations. AI output is treated as a proposal and remains subject to human review; connecting an account does not authorize autonomous approval or publication.
